Guests have full access to the entire home, including all indoor and outdoor living areas. Please note that a few locked closets and the outdoor storage shed are reserved for owner storage and are not available for guest use.

The living room features a 65” Smart TV and plush seating—perfect for family movie nights or cheering on your favorite team. The dining table for 10 invites shared meals and laughter, while the cozy breakfast nook offers a peaceful corner for morning coffee or reading. The chef-ready kitchen includes a beverage cooler, bar cart for cocktails, Keurig coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, blender, rice cooker, and all the cookware you’ll need. The large island with seating for 6 keeps everyone gathered together as meals and memories are made. ⸻ 🎮 Game Room & Entertainment Fun is woven into every corner of The LUX Collective. The garage game room is a guest favorite—complete with a pool table, Pac-Man arcade, skee-ball, basketball shootout, 65” Smart TV, and bar seating for an arcade-inspired experience the whole group will love. This converted garage space has an open-air vibe and does not have central A/C. To keep things comfortable, we provide fans for guest use, and the garage door can be opened for additional airflow whenever you’d like. Outdoors, continue the fun with the open-air movie theater. Lounge on oversized beanbags and enjoy your favorite films on the projector screen beneath the desert sky—a cinematic experience you’ll remember long after your stay. ⸻ 🌵 Outdoor Living Your private backyard oasis awaits. Take a dip in the sparkling pool (3–9 ft deep) or soak up the sun from one of the loungers as you enjoy the warm Arizona weather. The pool is open year-round, though it is NOT heated, so water temperatures can be cooler during the winter months. Play yard games like cornhole, giant Jenga, and Connect 4, or settle into one of the cozy seating areas. Winter Note Even in sunny Phoenix, winter evenings can be cool. The pool is not heated, so water temperatures will vary seasonally. All outdoor amenities remain available for your enjoyment. ⸻ 🏘️ Neighborhood & Noise The Lux Collective is located in a quiet, family-friendly residential neighborhood. Families and children live nearby, and we ask all guests to be respectful members of the community throughout their stay. Neighborhood disturbances are not permitted at any time. Please be a good neighbor during your stay. ⸻ Rental Agreement The primary guest (the person booking the reservation) is required to complete a rental agreement after booking to confirm the stay. This is a standard verification step for all guests and must be signed prior to check-in. A valid government-issued ID matching the booking name may be requested for verification. ⸻ Security Deposit A refundable $750 security deposit may be required depending on reservation details—such as length of stay, number of guests, special events, or certain booking characteristics (including same-day or short-notice reservations). • When it's collected: A hold is securely placed 2 days before check-in through Hospitable. • When it's released: Automatically released 48 hours after checkout, provided no damages or policy violations occur. • Processing: Securely handled through Hospitable, our trusted hosting platform partner. ⸻ Additional Services • Early luggage drop-off may be available upon request (fee applies). • Mid-stay cleaning is available upon request for an additional fee.
