Desert Social is tucked into a laid-back residential Scottsdale neighborhood with a relaxed, welcoming feel. Mornings are peaceful, and you’ll often see neighbors out walking their dogs or enjoying the cooler desert air. Guest Access

Guests have private access to the entire home and all amenities during their stay. The only exceptions are a few locked closets reserved for owner use and storage.

Other Details to Note

💦 Pool Heating & Seasonal Note Optional pool heating is available October–April for $75/night and must be purchased for the entire duration of your stay. Pool heating requires at least 48 hours’ advance notice and payment made at time of request. Without pool heating, water temperatures will vary based on the season and outdoor temperatures. The hot tub and all other outdoor amenities remain available year-round. ⸻ 🏘️ Neighborhood & Noise Desert Social is located in a quiet residential Scottsdale neighborhood where families and children live nearby. We ask all guests to be respectful members of the community throughout their stay. Neighborhood disturbances, parties, events and excessive outdoor noise are not permitted. Please respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM–7:00 AM. If a neighborhood disturbance occurs or house rules are not followed, the reservation may be terminated immediately and guests may be required to vacate the property without a refund. The security deposit may also be forfeited where permitted and applicable. ⸻ 📋 Rental Agreement The primary guest (the person booking the reservation) is required to complete a rental agreement after booking to confirm the stay. This is a standard verification step for all guests and must be signed prior to check-in. A valid government-issued ID matching the booking name may be requested for verification. ⸻ 💳 Security Deposit A $500 refundable security deposit is required for your stay. • When it’s collected: A hold is securely placed 2 days before check-in through Hospitable. • When it’s released: Automatically released 48 hours after checkout, provided no damages or policy violations occur. • Processing: Securely handled through Hospitable, our hosting platform partner. ⸻ 🐾 Traveling With Pets Desert Social welcomes up to 2 pets. All pets must be included on the reservation prior to arrival, and applicable pet fees must be paid. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and ensuring they do not cause damage to the home, furnishings or outdoor areas. ⸻ ✨ Additional Services • Early check-in and late checkout may be available depending on the reservation schedule (fee applies). • Early luggage drop-off may be available upon request (fee applies). • Mid-stay cleaning is available upon request for an additional fee.

Getting around Scottsdale is easy by car, and Uber and Lyft are readily available throughout the area. A car is recommended for getting around and exploring the city. The neighborhood itself is great for a morning walk or evening stroll, while most dining, shopping, and everyday essentials are best reached by car.
